• Store Pickup — Free. Ready within 1 business day. Pickup from our Lagos store.
• Lagos Delivery — ₦1,500. Delivered within 2–3 business days.
• Other States — ₦3,500. Delivered within 4–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or peak periods.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The item is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item is not a sale or discounted item (all sale purchases are final).
• Proof of purchase is provided.

To initiate a return, send a message via our WhatsApp chat button with your order ID and the reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
